What does the monitoring cover?

Burglary and intruder detection, smoke and fire detection, and duress / medical support — triggered from a fixed button, remote, pendant or entered code.

Can a security guard be dispatched to my property?

Yes. Security guard call-out services are available as an optional add-on to the monitoring service.

Can I monitor the CCTV myself as well?

Yes. Backed by CCTV systems, your home or commercial premises can have a monitored CCTV setup that you can personally view live from a smartphone or laptop app — useful for checking in if there is an alarm activation.
